By accessing and using Galaxium AI ("the Service"), operated by Galaxium Studios ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Galaxium AI is an AI-powered tool that generates Roblox scripts, systems, and instances based on natural language prompts. The Service is provided through our web dashboard at dash.galaxium.lol and is intended for use by Roblox developers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Roblox Account & Authentication

To use the Service, you must authenticate via Roblox OAuth2. By connecting your Roblox account, you authorize us to access your public profile information including your username, display name, and avatar. We do not access your Roblox inventory, Robux balance, or any private account data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Roblox account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Galaxium AI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Generate scripts intended to exploit, harm, or harass other Roblox users
• Create malicious code, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized automation tools
• Violate Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial resale without prior written consent

5. Generated Content

Scripts and code generated by Galaxium AI are provided for your use in Roblox projects. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring the safety and appropriateness of any generated content before using it.

We do not claim ownership of scripts generated through your prompts. However, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, functionality, or fitness for purpose of generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Galaxium AI platform, including its design, code, branding, and all content created by Galaxium Studios, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GALAXIUM STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
